Registration

Please, fill in the registration form no later than 16 March 2026. No registration form will be accepted after this date. Note however, that this registration form serves for early reservation of accommodation at the Smolenice Castle and an attendee is counted on only after his/her payment is received.

Abstract Deadline

The deadline for sending of the abstracts is 6 April 2026. No abstracts will be accepted after this date. The abstract template can be downloaded here.

Conference Fees

There are two types of attendance options at ICCBIC: All Inclusive, and Partial (excludes lodging and catering).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive option covers:

• full board in Smolenice Castle (lodging for five nights, and three complete meals per day),
• organization services before the conference,
• badge, book of abstracts and stationery,
• social program including coffee breaks, get-together party, banquet, and a half-day trip to the castle Červený Kameň,
• busses from Bratislava to Smolenice and back.

*The castle in Smolenice is a congress centre of the Slovak Academy of Sciences (SAV) and a fee discount 20% on conference payments is provided for members of the Slovak Chemical Society at SAV.

Partial

Partial option covers:

• organization services before the conference,
• badge, book of abstracts and stationery,
• social program including coffee breaks, get-together party, banquet, and a half-day trip to the castle Červený Kameň,
• busses from Bratislava to Smolenice and back.
